While our customised order delivery can take up to 10 - 12 working days.


During sales period delivery can take up to 12-15 working days.

We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day after.

Orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this

does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Under Internet selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Malbus.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 8 hours.
If you have not yet received your order, please contact Info.malbus@gmail.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund excluding shipping costs.

The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibilities until it reaches us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order

Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Malbus.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.

We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to Malbus.

Moreover, the paid order will not be returned or exchanged, in case of damaged piece the customer is bound to make another purchase of same amount in exchange. 
All the products purchased on sale days will not be entertained for return and exchange in any case
