Our Online Exchange Policy isn’t Scary at all, We’ll Help You!
- Exchanges generally take a few days to coordinate with our delivery partners so please bear with us.
- We will happily exchange your merchandise within 7 days if it is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with the tags on, sales receipt and original Malbus packaging.
- We don’t do refunds unless something you ordered via credit card goes out of stock or if you’ve received a damaged article.
- Your exchange can be coordinated via email email@example.com or you can call us at +92 51 8435119, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If we don’t respond at once, please call back later or WhatsApp us at +92 308 1245023.
- We’re sorry but even lightly used items will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Claims and exchange may take up to 3 weeks to be processed, though we’ll try our best to help you as quickly as we can.
- Products on promotions / sale are not eligible for exchange. In case you buy something at original price and it goes on sale later, you can only exchange the item against the new discounted price.
- All accessories including Hijab Bands, Hijab Magnets, Hijab Pins and Scrunchies are non-exchangeable.
- Any product purchased from outlet will not be entertained to be exchanged or returned online.
